Egg Drop

What a blast!

We had so much fun planning, creating and then dropping our eggs.

The classroom was a very busy messy place.

 

Most of the eggs survived the drop from the annex roof.  A few survived the fall only to be broken once unpacked.

Thanks you to all the parent helping build and sending in supplies for the egg drop.

 

 

 

 

Ourdoor Research

 

The other day we took our clipboards, some paper and our scientific curiosity outside to explore.  We stopped in all the schools playgrounds drawing as we went.  At each stop the students picked something interesting to draw.  When we went inside the children picked their favourite drawing and sorted them.  We had some drawings with natural items, some man made and some with both.   

We will try this again when the weather is warmer.
